My work as a consultant is grounded in the integration of professional coaching, organizational psychology, training and development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ). I partner with organizations to design thoughtful, evidence‑based strategies that are responsive to their unique culture, people, and goals. Drawing from my background in clinical psychology, higher education, and government consulting, I help teams move from intention to implementation in ways that are sustainable, humane, and effective.

I take a highly collaborative, relational approach to consulting. Each engagement begins with close partnership with a designated point person to ensure shared understanding of objectives, scope, and desired outcomes before expanding into broader organizational work. This allows the consulting process to be tailored, strategic, and aligned with real‑world constraints, while centering trust, clarity, and accountability throughout the engagement.

My consulting experience spans a wide range of contexts and scales—from working with small teams of 5–10 staff to strengthen communication, collaboration, and team health, to leading citywide and countywide strategic initiatives. I have supported municipal departments, commissions, and regional agencies through large‑scale strategic planning, organizational assessments, and equity‑centered audits, including developing actionable recommendations for executive leadership, City Councils, and Boards of Supervisors.
